- The Ring/Silent Switch Is Dropped.

The switch is slightly out of the body which makes it dragged to either up when it was down first or down if it was up in the first hand. Now you know why your iPhone is not ringing, check, the switch must be on the downside which reflects that the iPhone is on silent.
